NOTE: For non-diabetic patients, most insurance companies will not cover custom fabricated foot orthotics/inserts. We offer a competitive cash price (listed above) to provide you with the medically necessary quality products that will alleviate your foot pain.
What do I need to bring to my appointment?
- Prescription/Insurance Cards: only if we are running your foot orthotics through insurance
- Down payment of half the cost or the payment in full. Payment plans are subject to 15% interest (any patient who cannot make payment in full upon dispensing of foot orthotics).
