Warranty & Return Policy

All sales are final upon purchase. Warranties only cover usual wear and tear and relate to the functionality of the device. Lost stolen or mishandled items (i.e., rough use or improper use of the orthotic) are not covered under the Great Lakes Orthotics & Medical Supply, Inc., warranty. Warranties will only stand for 14 days following purchase of item. Questions regarding product warranty can be directed to our phone during business hours, Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM. For maintenance or refurbishments of orthotics, please call our phone during business hours. All maintenance or refurbishments will be subject to a fee.
